Gifting & How It Works
How does ATTN work?
Simple! No shipping address needed. Just choose a gift, select the recipient’s ATTN ID from the drop-down menu on the product page, and we take care of the rest.
What is an ATTN ID?
Each registered recipient has a unique ATTN ID (e.g., #144881). When you select their ID, you instantly know their sizes and preferences - so no guesswork for you!
Can I add a personal message?
Yes! You can include a personalized message at checkout, and we’ll make sure it reaches the recipient.
Will the recipient know who sent the gift?
No, unless you tell them! We keep everything anonymous - the recipient won’t see your name, address, or payment details.

Where do you ship?
We ship to:
All countries in the EU
Registered addresses linked to ATTN IDs
Note: Some recipients may live outside the EU, but if they have a registered address with us, we can still deliver their gift!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE for all gifts sent to an ATTN ID!
For other orders, shipping costs vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Processing time: 1-2 business days
Shipping time: 3-21 business days (varies by location)
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please:
Check the tracking link in your confirmation email.
Contact us at team@attnto.com, and we’ll do our best to help.
Important: Once the package is with the shipping carrier, they are responsible for delivery. Unfortunately, we can’t refund stolen or lost packages, but we’ll assist you in resolving any issues.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a gift?
Yes! We accept returns within 14 days, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
How do I request a return?
Just email us at team@attnto.com with:

The item(s) you want to return
We’ll send you return instructions!
Return shipping costs: You’ll need to cover the return shipping unless we made an error.
When will I get my refund?
We process refunds on the same day we receive the return. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
What happens if a gift is returned?
If a recipient sends a gift back, the purchase amount is credited as store credit to their ATTN account.

What payment methods do you accept?

Apple Pay & Google Pay
Is my payment information secure?
Yes! We process all payments through Shopify Payments, which is fully encrypted and secure. We never store your full payment details.
Privacy & Anonymity
Is my order anonymous?
Yes! Your name, address, and payment details are never shared with the recipient.
Does ATTN store my personal data?
We only collect what’s necessary to process your order. We never sell your data, and you can request deletion of your information anytime.

I’m a creator - can I join ATTN?
Yes! We work with creators who receive gifts through ATTN. If you’d like to be featured, send us an email at team@attnto.com.
Do you have an affiliate program?
